Farmer registration made simple

Farmer registration made simple; Registration through self-declaration instead of pedigree certificate

Farmer registration made simple. The state government has simplified the registration of farmers for the Kharif season. Now, there is no need to provide a pedigree certificate or legal hair certificate. There is no need to bring a report from the revenue inspector. Farmers will register in their own declaration or (self-declaration form).

Not a single eligible farmer will be deprived of MSP. In this regard, the Food Supply and Consumer Welfare Department has written a letter to all the District Magistrates.

This year, pedigree certificate was made mandatory for the inheritance of land. The plot, which is in the name of father, grandfather, who is the heir of the plot, had to first get a report from the ARI, along with the permission of all the members in the legal house, due to which the farmer was facing brother-brother disputes and permission from the sister. If the brother lived outside, the form had to be sent on WhatsApp. But the state government has made it simple. Farmers who do not have a genealogical certificate can register the land through self-declaration.
