An argument broke out between the two. Additional District Magistrate Shri Bala threw everyone out of the chamber because Santosh Kumar Sahu’s son was recording a video on his mobile phone. He even pushed the woman out of the chamber because he was so forceful that he slammed the door shut. The video of this was recorded on his mobile phone and is going viral on social media. When Additional District Magistrate Shri Sucharu Kumar Bala was asked about the incident, he said that he mistreated her and threw her out of the chamber because she was recording a video on her mobile phone. However, he said that he has not filed any complaint with the police in this regard. However, Mrs. Sahu has filed a complaint at Rairangpur Town Police Station alleging that the Additional District Magistrate had mistreated her.
