Electrician dies after getting electrocuted outside the state. An Odia worker who was electrocuted outside the state after getting fed with food has died in Gujarat and returned as a corpse. Savitri fast was in the middle. According to information, the deceased worker has been identified as Birendra Chhatriya of Dunguripalli village under Tusura police station in Balangir district. The worker was electrocuted by a masinbi while working in a marble factory in Lijura, Gujarat. Later, the marble company sent the body to his village in an ambulance. The deceased Birendra had told his wife on the phone a day before that he would return home during the Savitri fast. However, the Savitri fast remained incomplete. When Birendra’s body returned to the village, the house was shaking with tears in a mournful atmosphere. The villagers are not able to accept the death of a single earner easily. The old father and mother were crying and everyone’s eyes were filled with tears in a mournful atmosphere. The factory authorities took the body to a local doctor, but the doctor declared him dead there. The local police have registered a case in this regard and have obtained information from the family members who have performed the post-mortem. While Birendra lives with his wife, two sons and a daughter at home, the family is devastated by the death of Birendra outside the state. However, the factory owner sent the body home in an ambulance. Therefore, the government is demanding that the family of this laborer be provided with government assistance.
